Panel problem on WM6.5.3

So wm6.5.3 bottom bar is bigger and the upper bar is smaller than those on 6.5 and 6.1, thus when i use x1 panel as home, the a little bit of black small just below the task bar. Does anybody know how to fix this yet? thks

we are waiting for the new x2 6.5.5 Rom from SE so we can get Panelmanager and the other stuff working 100%
