Would be nice if some team member of Paranoid Android could give informations about the future of this ROM - who will be responsibly, what is the release timetable and so on. Would be especially important since it seems that there are some new bugs now (as reported by others here).

unfortunately probably i will jump to another rom, probably AOSP-JDC , because the "overnight freeze" its too annoying and i have questions about the future development of this rom...

Me too. Battery drain is faster post update. Barely get 2 hours of SOT. Android system and Android OS are listed as the prime battery drainers.
Also the phone stays warm throughout the day even when not in use.
In addition to this, sometimes when battery is fully charged, it stays at 100% till the phone is restarted.
Is substratum supported ?? And did you notice any major bugs ??
Battery charging icon when powered off is not there, only shows one plus logo, though charging is there

I've moved to a different ROM. Liked the work of the Dev but the issues plaguing daily usage made me quit this ROM. On the JDC AOSP ROM currently.
Hopefully things improve in this ROM!

same , but expect to return to this rom after the overnight crash bug is solved
there is a lag issue is some apps while scrolling like XDA app in many ROMS. Can you confirm if it is present in this rom?
Same issue of battery drain for me.. Checking on Kernel Adiutor, all cores of the CPU are always online and at around 1.5 GHz even if the phone is idle, and because of this the temperature stays always around 60° 
This is an amazing ROM, but because of these issues is ruining my daily usage.
Hope everything will be fixed soon to get back to Paranoid

I've flashed AOSCP 4.1. It's very similar to AOSPA and it's very fast but it hasn't Notification Slider Botton working.
why don't you try the latest build from RR or AOSP JDCTeam?

The title should definitely be changed, with the tags EOL I think...
Well, development has stopped on most nougat ROMs in favor for O but I would prefer a solid N. Who knows maybe someone will pick it up ... let's wait and see. There is usually a lull between android versions.
The development here has ceased. I'm not aware of a successor as I was cut off from the team. Chances are, Onyx has reached the end of the road.
That's all I can say. They taught me a lot, and instead of proper communication I was met with a cease and a loss of people I'd once called my friends. I will always remember them, and I sincerely apologize. I know I do not reflect their quality of work and I apologize for that. I'm also aware of the stupid decisions and choices I have made for the sake of learning. I don't apologize for that one.
