is this rom has wifi drops issus ?

I have noticed that TCP connections over WiFi seem to drop very shortly after the screen goes off. This happens even with doze (battery optimization) disabled for the app in question.

It doesn't appear to happen when plugged in to charge. Not sure if this might be what you're seeing?

That's right... also noticed this one, but don't know how to hold wifi on.

Perhaps a reason for higher idle drain?

The idle drain is most likely unrelated to this - I see the slightly higher than expected drain when WiFi is off.

Connections don't drop over 4G though, so it seems to be an issue only affecting WiFi right now.

This might cause its own increase in drain though if apps are having to wake to reconnect.

Btw, is any real advantage of using /cache on f2fs? As oneplus could have used too for it the same way they did with /data, but they left /cache on ext4

Anyone with lag, are u guys using magisk root, because I switched from magisk su to chainfires su and the lag was gone. With magisk I had some stutters here and there .. just making sure.

Yes, I sometimes have lags and I'm using Magisk but I like it because it hides root to Google ?

I sometimes have bugs with LED notificator. Despite setting per-app colors some apps use the default setting (well, not really - the color is matching, but the speed setting isn't the one I set) and it happens randomly.

Have anyone tried the camera app "manual camera"? When I press the shooter it doesn't take any pictures after several seconds or even sometimes nothing happens.

Any one can confirm?

Is the snap camera proprietary to aospa? Because I have some recommendations when it comes to UI/UX
1. Move the camera switch (front-facing camera/back camera) to the bottom.
2. Use the oos way of switching camera modes(gestures)
3. Move the settings to the bottom
4. Make the recent taken photos like in oos (another gesture)
5. You could add another gesture for camera modes to open like an app drawer.
6. Add brightness/exposure to the focus point.

The app is doing so much wrong now because you have useless features on the bottom of the screen where the hands reside (where the most important controls should be) and you have the important controls at the top of the screen where the least interaction is done and also you have such a huge area in the middle you only use for focus. The oos camera does a wonderful job at going around these flaws. My recommendations are more or less "make it like the oos camera" because of the reasons mentioned above.

The camera can shoot images real quick which is very very impressive, but I feel that the focusing system is too slow for anything. OOS cam and snapcam are able to focus in 0.3-0.5 seconds, while this takes more than one second. If the focusing system of the new snapcam can be added, IT WILL BE AWESOME. Also, it would be great if the normal touch to focus can be added to video mode and other modes.

I can see that when low light situations are detected, the camera softens the image to lessen noise. But because of this, a considerable amount of detail is lost. To compensate this, can an additional layer of sharpening be added?? or can you lessen the softening a tad?

And coming to the RAW capture, I can see it working on the OOS camera who's camera quality is surprisingly bad compared to the PA camera( only on this rom) . So instead of using OOS cam each time for raw capture and PA cam for normal, why not integrate the RAW capture to the PA cam?

One last question,.. can time lapse be added?

Not really as /cache is hardly ever used so it really doesn't matter which filesystem it has.

I can confirm that LED notification light is bugged. I don't have per-app settings, just global, but it works like it's per-app anyways. Only Gmail uses my global preset, everything else uses its own settings which I have no idea where they come from.
Also, when selecting color the preview doesn't always show right colors.

you can use substratum OMS, color engine is disabled when you use a substratum theme.
