After flashing all three files via fastboot the device is just showing a black screen.
Maybe wrong partion names?
I used:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img

Hello again,

I have a very special problem now
I own a "prototype" of the Z3 (no, don't ask where it is from, it just found the way to me).
The device ro.build.device string is "leo" for my device.
So the updater script in the zip gives me an assertion (see screenshot)

Can you please update the "updater-script", so the it also checks for "leo" as well?

I tried it on my own, but there was still a problem...I am too tired right now to watch over the logs, maybe tomorrow.

Testing.

Everything is working fine till now.
I'll give you feedback from the battery once I get a full day working with it.
And yes the camera has the same fisheye bug effect for the ones that are still wondering.

Well
It's working perfectly!
Batery stands quite well, all working day connected to wireless, only droped 15% ! Calls, mobile data, and even camera (google camera) are working great, even with the bug witch on landscapes you don't notice.
The screen whitebalance whit this one seems better than the stock roms.

For dailly usage in my opinion is perfect!
