Sum issue found ...
1. Camera permission is ok but still Camera not work in Video calling via SIM network carrier .

2. in dual sim setup call preferences set "ask every time" but whenever SIM change it shifts by default on Sim 1.

Rest of all working great . ?

Edit :- Update to latest Google dialer beta fixed video calling Issue .

What are the steps to install the ROM?

Is it like Q3 where the vendor is needed from OOS?

I tried the usual wipe and installed Q4, but it gets stuck on the OnePlus logo.

What worked for me is.
1. Format data reboot to recovery
2.Wipe system,data,vender,cache
3.Flashed oos latest stable(not the hotfix one)
4.Reboot to recovery flash pa, again format data and reboot
5. It booted fine..

3.install Q4 and magisk
4. Reboot
Will it boot or will stuck with 1+logo or bootloop????

Just do the following:
- wipe data , system and vendor
- flash latest OOS 10
- reboot into recovery
- flash PA Q4
- flash magisk (optional)
- reboot and boom you're done

Followed the instructions and phone reboot into fastboot. any ideas? Should i wipe system and data prior to flashing PAQ4?

Edit: my mistake. All is working. Installed the wrong OOS.

Coming from another rom, it is highly recommended you do a clean install which means a complete wipe. The steps below is the way I do it but some steps are optional however I prefer to do it in this manner:

1. Backup your data
2. In TWRP, wipe system, vendor, data and internal storage (optional but I recommend it)
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Copy OOS rom to internal storage via TWRP and flash OOS.
5. Boot into OOS.
6. Go into bootloader and flash TWRP
7. Reboot into TWRP and wipe system, data and internal storage (again optional but it is what I do) - important not to wipe vendor.
8. Reboot into recovery
9. Copy PA rom into internal storage via TWRP and flash PA.
10. Reboot into PA.

A long way of doing it and probably overkill but this is how I get a clean start and I only do this when switching from another rom to PA, I just dirty flash any PA updates afterwards.

one more question before flashing: what about navbar customisation? I mean things like long press home button to open last app. Or long press recents button to open/close menu. Is this implemented? Cause I'm really used to this and would surely miss it otherwise.

Can't see VOLTE icon but calling does work over VOLTE.
Styles and Wallpapers setting is not present in Setting App but can access by launcher menu. There seems to be only one icon shape round, I am sure I there were more icon shapes in previous versions. I do see the shape overlays are present in system but not available in styles and wallpapers app.

Edit: deleting OnePlus leftover overlays in vendor/overlay will fix the styles and wallpapers app. OnePlus vendor overlays folder is useless since all OnePlus apps get deleted, don't know why that folder is left.

Just flash the latest OOS 10 (hotfix one) available and it's good enough... Flash that, reboot and flash PA OP5 and wipe only data , nothing more

I don't have a 5T but the link below should be the correct OOS 10 to use, also make sure you are using one of the recommended recoveries.
