No it is not, it is enforced by default. In Paranoid Android Quartz 4, selinux is permissive by default or not?
Hi, backlight doesn't work and there's no way to enable volte/vowifi icon in status bar. Are these in your knowledge?Just flash the latest OOS 10 (hotfix one) available and it's good enough... Flash that, reboot and flash PA OP5 and wipe only data , nothing more
For anyone else installing now, I decided to go with the blu_spark TWRP build, and it's worked great. Downloaded from https://github.com/engstk/android_device_oneplus_cheeseburger/releases/.Coming from another rom, it is highly recommended you do a clean install which means a complete wipe. The steps below is the way I do it but some steps are optional however I prefer to do it in this manner:
1. Backup your data
2. In TWRP, wipe system, vendor, data and internal storage (optional but I recommend it)
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Copy OOS rom to internal storage via TWRP and flash OOS.
5. Boot into OOS.
6. Go into bootloader and flash TWRP
7. Reboot into TWRP and wipe system, data and internal storage (again optional but it is what I do) - important not to wipe vendor.
8. Reboot into recovery
9. Copy PA rom into internal storage via TWRP and flash PA.
10. Reboot into PA.
A long way of doing it and probably overkill but this is how I get a clean start and I only do this when switching from another rom to PA, I just dirty flash any PA updates afterwards.
Android Auto is working for me with pa-quartz-4-oneplus5-20200718 on a OnePlus 5 A5000 (8gb, 128gb).Is Android Auto working for everyone using PA Q4? I'm getting incompatible phone error.
Thanks
I'm also able to reproduce this. Neither screen-off gestures toggling torch nor quick torch work for me. And it isn't the gesture portion - the same screen-off gesture will work when configured for another action, but not when configured to toggle torch. Doesn't seem like it's been mentioned in this thread before, so maybe it's a recent issue?Hi everyone, thanks in advance to all the devs working on this ROM. It's pretty good so far.
Only problems is. I wiped everything correctly, flashed everything just fine, boot up nicely, but after messing with the settings and stuff, the torch (flashlight) only activates throught Quick Notification Tile.
At the first boot, I got it to work with Quick Torch (long pressing the power button), but now, even setting 3 different screen-off gestures to turn on the torch, it doesn't work. Even Quick Torch won't work.
Any help?
I'm glad I wasn't the only one experiencing this bug. I was hoping it was kernel related as the flashlight gesture was working previously in quartz 3. so I decided to flash lazy kernel and thankfully my flashlight gesture was back. so my guess is that a kernel commit between quarts 3 and 4 is causing the issue.I'm also able to reproduce this. Hi,I'm using this ROM for last 48 Hours,
My observations:
1) Battery Life is Good
2) Installing GCAM improves Camera
3) No Lag
4) Only issue I'm facing right now is 4G / LTE it's slow ( On Oxygen OS 10 ) It was working fine, Anyone facing same issue ?

I am also facing speed issues, I think it only happens with Indian users?I'm using this ROM for last 48 Hours,

Hi,
Which version of Gcam have you installed ?
I am currently satisfied of the default camera (few photos taken on day), but I should try Gcam app.
Thanks in advance.
No 4g issue on my side, with my operator in France (see attached screenshot).
