Amazing ROM Always

I've been disappointed for PA to be discontinued after nougat but guess who's back In game again,
I've installed this 24hrs ago and I'm already in love with this ROM,
Few Things I've noticed
1.Random Reboots- I've followed installation steps as mentioned above and still getting those(idk why).
2.Call Notification Delay- this bug is present in other android 10 custom ROMs btw. Hoping Devs will fix this soon.
3.Alert slider icon position is not where it's supposed to be ,
That needs to be changed to left.
4.This is not a bug but Theming is limited and they need to add most options like icon shapes & clock styles.
5.Battery life - Well, it's not bad and not too good, I guess it's average and depends on individual usage.
6.Overall performance is blazingly fast and fluid, I'm hoping PA team to add more features soon so that this ROM becomes everyone's daily driver.

Hi, I did these steps, but when rebooting, it stays in boot animation. What am I doing wrong?

Provide more details, so people can understand more and help pls, like all the steps you followed

Either codeworkx twrp or blu_spark twrp. Both should work fine

Okay it's working now on cheeseburger, I did exactly like this in the 2019-07-13 codeworkx twrp
1) flash h2os official Full rom zip
2) wipe data partition
3) flash aospa rom zip
4) format data (one that clears internal storage and removes encryption)
5) rebooted

Very good question, I hesitated to mention (because I was not sure if the recovery gets overridden when flashing h2os rom or while booting it, I did this as failsafe because I didn't have laptop with me due to lockdown) that I also flashed twrp image to recovery while I was booted in twrp just after flashing h2os

Hi. I had stopped using custom roms an year ago, but trying flash the oos q beta got me into random reboot and app crashed. Since PA had released just the day before decided to give it a try and have been loving it since then.

I'm currently unrooted and encrypted. Steps i followed to move :
1. Wipe data, cache, system
2. Flashed rom
Have been working perfectly fine with oos beta q firmware.

1 thing I noticed is that, the pick up ambient display isn't working although wake device when notification comes is working. And no option for always on display for now. Maybe added later :angel:

Another question i had is, is their a possibility of installing oos cam and what the situation of gcam support on this rom

1) usb debug doesn't properly work file transfer

DUE TO SENSOR BLOBS UPDATE IN THE LATEST OOS 10, THIS ROM NEEDS H2OS. OOS WILL BE SUPPORTED IN NEXT BUILD
Many of you that are having bugs related with phone not waking up and such is due to have OOS 10 vendor instead of H2OS as required.
Also, you have to Format Data, Flash H2OS, reboot into recovery and flash PA. That way it'll boot fine. OOS cam is not supported due to recent changes by OnePlus and GCam as per feedback it works only GCam 7.0 I do think.. test and post feedback.
About usb transfer, just go to Developer Options and change the Default USB configuration to File Transfer and it'll work just fine.. will be fixed in the next update as well as vowifi

Excellent results ? best overnight battery sleep usage. In my simple test... best Q build for sleep mode. I tried a few camera builds and GCam_7.3.018_Urnyx05-v1.6.apk is working so far. Not checking all permutations. Just default install. Thank you!

Rom is buttery smooth . Huge thanks to the developers.
But safety net not working .. pls tell me how to fix.

Usb file transfer ... You have to select in developer option
Little lag in network settings

Feature request.
customisation option
alway on display
Network speed indicator .. so we don't have to miss oos
Option to disable full screen gesture in OnePlus 5 .. but it should be optional .

Btw I'm loving it the rom is just so snappy .

I think SafetyNet has to do with bootloader and Magisk, there is no fix afaik. Does it completely fail or do you at least have basic integrity?

Update now safety net working fine

Earlier I've switched my selinux to permissive . For Dolby sound mod
But upi app only works in enforcing mode.
Now when I launch upi app I've to select enforcing in selinux switcher .. when I use Dolby I've to select permissive ?

All is running fine for me but I didn't update to latest OOS - is that what you are talking about?

Plus don't add half the crap being requested don't need more customisation, don't need network speed don't need screen recording definitely don't need always on.. one person said nice rom no bloat them requested loads of it it!
Clean stable rom we don't need to use magisk to run sensitive apps to work...
If people want all that crap there are plenty of roms out there with all that, please don't make another rom that blends in to the crowd
