Awesome job dude !

So much smoother than OOS .

One question , what's the go with display settings (resolution and refresh rate ?) Any way to adjust these ?

EDIT :

Battery stats don't seem to reset , and seems to drain pretty rapidly ( could be due to fresh install )
FP struggles at times
Auto brightness , as already mentioned is crazy sensitive
Night light seems to come on and off after set periods of time -e.g 30 seconds (seemed to also happen in OOS , not sure what's going on )

Still smooth though . :)

We are aware of the battery settings stuff. Battery will get better over the days, don´t worry.
We have improved it for official release that should be out way too soon.
Auto brightness will be fixed on 2 stable release.
We will look into that one, didn´t know about it.

Glad you like it!

Does 90 hz refresh works?..
It would be super nice and helpful if someone can make a little video overview of the rom.
Thanks.

90hz on pa rom is so annoying its automatic keep switching between 60-90 in some apps with screen flickers like crazy , its will be great to have option to force 90 hz all the time

Yeah PA extended has this option of force 90hz all the way .. I wonder if the next stable build will have it?

I want to run this, but I have a GM1920 for which I can't find an OOS10 flashable or bootable zip. Do I really have to flash OOS twice before installing this and if so, where might I find the files I need?

Thanks in advance

If you're coming from another ROM yeah, you surely need to flash OOS to both slots. There you go:
Official OOS
You'll need twrp as well. I'd recommend you PA-Extended over just PA, it has slightly more features and a few bugs fixed.

Wow great release.. Very high quality, smooth and snappy! An Upgrade from beta 5

Some observations or nitpicking lol
- in complete darkness, aod brightness will become too bright (and remains) after 2 seconds when screen turns off. Before the 2 secs, it starts off dim

- single tab for ambient display if possible pls (it has double tab to wake by default)

Improvements from beta 5
- lift to wake is quite reliable now!

Can't wait to see what quartz 2 can be!

We are very excited to announce the release of Paranoid Android Quartz, based on Android 10.

On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app, included in our builds.

Our builds are based on the Code Aurora Forum Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

    Device-specific issues

    You tell me.

Note: Custom kernels are NOT supported!

    Requirements

Make sure you've latest Stable firmware flashed on both the slots before flashing the ROM.

    Hi everyone!

We have fixed the vibration stuff, and right now we could say we are on pair(even above IMO) in terms of vibration compared to OOS.

It will be included in a release which will be out during the next 7 days, which is going to be a huuuuuge update.

    Hope you like it!
