I found PA quartz extended (based on quartz 3) for the OnePlus 7 Pro, and it's exactly the same except it's more recent (and you can hide the pill at the bottom of the screen)

Also gapps are not included, you have to flash it manually for this one

Excuse me you flashed this version directly above the PA?? What steps did you follow? Does everything work?? Ty
I flashed it over OOS 10.3.3 and everything went well. FP working, OnePlus camera working (48Mp not working), and I think everything else is working.
Here are the steps :
1) Fastboot boot twrp
2) Format data -> reboot bootloader
3) Fastboot boot twrp again
4) Flash OOS 10.3.3 -> flash TWRP.zip (then reboot recovery)
5) Flash OOS 10.3.3 -> flash TWRP.zip again (then reboot recovery)
6) Flash PA extended -> flash TWRP.zip (then reboot system)
These are not the steps I used, but I think they are the most secured ones. Also I personally flashed gapps and magisk after booting the ROM, because for some reasons flashing them before booting the ROM created a bootloop.
I don't know, maybe you should backup your data and try to flash it over PA 2, and if it bootloops just flash it over OOS. But it should work
Has anyone tried flashing the pixel wallpapers 19+18 magisk module ? After flashing and rebooting, the module doesn't appear in magisk for me ?
I'm having some issues with my network. I'm using Google Fi, and it seems every time I reboot my phone the voicemail tab disappears from the dialer, and my ability to use RCS is gone. Both are fixed by clearing the data of the Google Fi app and going through setup again, but it'll break the next time I reboot. I've already tried a full re-flash and factory reset. Any ideas what I should try next?
Not the worst issue since it all works fine if I do my little reset, but it'd be nice for rebooting to not be a pain.

Help please! Dirty flashed PA 3 without flashing the twrp installer like the other guys did. Lost my twrp and root now, how do I get back my twrp?
Boot to fastboot and Boot twrp img,then flash twrp installer.. it's pretty basic
Updated to PA3 from PA2 using the PA updater. Upon restarting, I can't unlock my phone. Typing in my pin on first unlock turns my screen off and turns it back on back to the pin entry screen. I can't actually unlock. Suggestions?
Hi Guys Kindly help with the below issue.
I was using Lineage OS all these while and i get OTA update weekly. Today i tried to install PA Q3 but to my surprise i saw Lineage OS recovery was installed. So i flashed TWRP, I format data and Installed PA Q3 and TWRP again. But Once i give reboot to system it boots into fastboot mode.
I tried formatting Davlik,system, Vendor and data partitions and installed PA Q3 and TWRP, then again it boot to fastboot mode.
I tried installing Lineage OS again but it worked. Then i format data and installed PA Q2 and TWRP again in end up in fast boot mode.
I tried MSM tool to unbrick and start from first but MSM tool is throwing error PBL 6 and i am not able to format completely. But luckily Phone booted to fastboot mode and i Installed TWRP and through All in one tool flashed oxygen OS 10.0.3 and updated the system to latest 10.3.3.
Now left with unlocked boot loader and oxygen os with Oxygen Os recovery. Kindly suggest how to install PA Q3 correctly.

Instructions
This device runs under OxygenOS vendor, make sure you are coming from OxygenOS 10 or flash it from twrp just before flashing PA package.
We highly recommend to use Mauronofrio 76(newer if available) version of his recovery for flashing PA.
