If you want to use Google Camera, i would recommend you to try Wichaya's Port.

Instructions
- Download the latest zip (link above)
- Reboot to bootloader.
- Flash the fastboot zip with "fastboot update pa_oneplus9-img-eng.vishal.zip"
- Reboot into recovery after it is done flashing & wipe userdata.
