Download 20201221.zip
extract recovery image inside this build with payload dumper
flash recovery
boot to recovery
sideload 20201221.zip
So I don't need to flash the image first?
Which oos version is recommended?
I don't understand why fastboot update didn't find partition a. Even after using msm tool

flashed beta 1 been running it for a while here's what I have found
1) mtp does indeed make the phone go to crashdump
2) color profiles don't work
3) no way to change the refresh rate
4) AOD makes the screen not turn back on have to restart the device to turn it on

To everyone having issues in installing the ROM I suggest that you extract the payload flash the recovery that was in the extracted payload, reboot to recovery choose apply update from ADB from the recovery and then run the adb sideload command to flash the zip for e.g adb sideload paranoid-android.zip

Is refresh rate 60 or 120?

It is still in beta and you will find bugs, if that is not a problem for you then try it and you can help by reporting bugs

I've done this for a long time, unfortunately I can't do it no more because this is my only phone and if something goes wrong I risk to loose my work 😭. I will wait or ask for a backup phone at my family, it's great to help in developing, even with just testing

AOD is fixed, MTP is fixed (maybeTM, only had about 2 people test), will be in Beta 2
