Now me. I'm trying to flash back to OOS. But I have no windows computer to use MSMTool. Lol
You don't have to use MSM Download tool.

Simply extract the payload.bin from a stable OOS11 image with payload_dumper, switch to output dir and run the following:
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
fastboot flash modem modem.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot --disable-verity flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot --disable-verity flash vbmeta_system vbmeta_system.img
fastboot reboot fastboot
fastboot flash abl abl.img
fastboot flash aop aop.img
fastboot flash bluetooth bluetooth.img
fastboot flash cmnlib cmnlib.img
fastboot flash cmnlib64 cmnlib64.img
fastboot flash devcfg devcfg.img
fastboot flash dsp dsp.img
fastboot flash featenabler featenabler.img
fastboot flash hyp hyp.img
fastboot flash imagefv imagefv.img
fastboot flash keymaster keymaster.img
fastboot flash logo logo.img
fastboot flash mdm_oem_stanvbk mdm_oem_stanvbk.img
fastboot flash multiimgoem multiimgoem.img
fastboot flash odm odm.img
fastboot flash qupfw qupfw.img
fastboot flash spunvm spunvm.img
fastboot flash storsec storsec.img
fastboot flash tz tz.img
fastboot flash uefisecapp uefisecapp.img
fastboot flash xbl xbl.img
fastboot flash xbl_config xbl_config.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash system_ext system_ext.img
fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
fastboot flash product product.img

I'd recommend to use a stable OOS 11. Last time I flashed OB5 and was left with forced EDL mode and had then to use MSM Download Tool.

Will this method relock the bootloader if my device has an unlocked bootloader?

    Hey Y'all

I can only download the image.zip's (pa-ruby-beta-2-oneplus8pro-20210126-signed-image) not the standard zip you use with the adb sideload command.

Does anyone know where I can find this file?
First release is just a image zip, and this is technically the first release for the oneplus8pro target. You can just flash it in bootloader with "fastboot update zip" OTAs will be put out starting with the second release.

Since your the maintainer does this have Verizon blobs included. As Verizon finally updated to a11 and everything I've flashed results in no data. Sim greyed out and no way to add apn's to aquire data. ? Please and thanks beforehand.

Some things that could use improvement:
    The Haptics
Opening and closing apps on the home screen can be quite laggy. (Disabling blurs fixed this.)
When charging the phone keeps displaying charging slowly.
Sometimes the FP sensor has trouble in apps that utilize biometric security. (Usually after relocking and unlocking my phone, the FP sensor will work in apps)

    Some feature suggestions:
The option to show the volume panel on the left.
Same volume panel style as Paranoid Quartz
Set an schedule for the AOD .
    Change the AOD brightness.
    Pocket detection for the AOD.
    Reverse wireless charging.
    Unlink ring & notification volume.

    Edit: Some additions

      Beta 7 is out woho
Edit. My mistake. I'm gonna try it out asap

In PA-7 the fod seems to be greatly improved, pretty much OOS like.
The only 2 issues I encountered:
      - The haptics aren't OOS like.
      - On the AOD, the charging info is displayed incorrectly. (I was using the warp charger included with the OP8 Pro)

Currently running Lineage OS 18.1 on both slots, can I safely flash and boot into this ROM?
I'd say yes. But if your on verizon networks don't waste your time. It doesn't get data/internet

We are very excited to announce the beta of Paranoid Android Ruby, based on Android 11.

On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app, included in our builds.

Our builds are based on the Code Aurora Forum Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

      Notice

As we are growing on our list of supported devices in each release, we require of a stronger build environment so we can speed up the compilation process for releases. Based on the actual Quartz 4 list, we support over 30 devices, which takes between 2 and 3 days for all the builds to be completed without counting possible compilation issues or rebuild needs, based on our current specs.

We kindly ask all of you that are in position to donate anything, to help and support us so we can provide better and faster build releases, as well as increase the download speed of our servers, all looking for your enjoyment.

      You can donate here

      Device-specific issues
Call related issues on Google Fi
      Miracast

There are likely many other issues, these are just the most prominent to me. Don't come into this with the expectation any issue you come across will be fixed in a timely manner.

Note: Custom kernels are NOT supported unless the kernel says it supports PA and GMS is included!

      Requirements

      My preferred logging format is:
      adb logcat -b all -d *:E > logcat-err.log
      adb logcat -b all -d > logcat.log
      adb shell dmesg > dmesg.log

Then you can upload them to https://del.dog and send me the link for each one.

Download (Note, OP8 & Pro builds are no longer unified)

      Instructions
      1. Download the latest fastboot zip we released (hint: it has an -image appended to zip name)
      2. Reboot to bootloader.
      3. Flash the fastboot zip with "fastboot update pa-*-signed-image.zip"
      4. Reboot into recovery after it is done flashing & wipe userdata.
Starting with Beta 4, you must clean flash due to recent commits related to userdata.

If you already flashed Beta 1, then you can just sideload the OTA in recovery if it is avaliable, although there might be only fastboot images up for the latest version so keep that in mind.

flashed beta 1 been running it for a while here's what I have found
      1) mtp does indeed make the phone go to crashdump
      2) color profiles don't work
      3) no way to change the refresh rate
      4) AOD makes the screen not turn back on have to restart the device to turn it on

AOD is fixed, MTP is fixed (maybeTM, only had about 2 people test), will be in Beta 2
