Okay Issue has been solved

Steps i did:
Update with Fastboot Rom to 1.5.4
Switched from newest Platformtools to 33.0.3
Did Fastboot -w before Fastboot update

Hope this might help someone that has the same Problems

I'm on sparkos + vendor_boot recovery beta from orangefox. Could I flash Topaz 3.1 to my f3 from this recovery or is ADB mandatory?

Is anyone else getting soft resets on 3.1 after pulling the phone out their pocket?

It seems to be related to the screen coming on, or maybe always on display switching from off to on, but I'm still investigating. I'm rooted with minimal magisk modules: safety net fix and systemless hosts only.
I got fed up with the random reboots and did a full wipe and reinstall of 3.1

Now, I'm unable to sign into WiFi in the android setup - on mobile data it's unable to communicate with Google servers so I can only set up offline. Afterwards, I can use WiFi or 5G to access the internet, but from the play store it still says "Unable to communicate with Google servers"

I might try to downgrade to 3.0 and upgrade to see if it fixes it, otherwise I may need to switch to another ROM.

Edit:

Tried Stable 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 3.1 and for some reason all had issues talking with Google servers both in the setup and after offline setup.

Is anyone experiencing this? It's so weird how 2.0 worked flawlessly before and now isn't.

I swapped to project elixir and had no issues with setup or Google play. There's a few other issues with the ROM so I'm still hopeful for PA next release. Also willing to swap back if someone has any tips.

Are you flashing in fastboot or fastbootd in recovery?

What command are you using?

Woaahh just woaaahhh... Battery's going 9 hours during my vacation trip. So much of video and picture taking, all day 5G data, and couple of social media and youtube... So much better than Nothing OS in terms of battery life. Thanks a lot!

anyone started using the build?
how is this new build working for you?

also in PA, is Google Photos unlimited storage available for both storage saver and Original Quality?

I've started using this build.

I don't have any bugs so far, except that the addition of Nothing's new camera application has added a bug: you can't access photos. And the photos don't appear anywhere on the phone.

I have no idea about unlimited storage on Google Photos.

After a week of using NOS 2.0, I can say that I prefer Paranoid!
Autonomy, no difference (between 5 and 7h SOT depending on use)
    Better design on Paranoid

No bugs on either side, so there's no point in me staying with NOS

We are very excited to announce Paranoid Android Topaz, based on Android 13.

On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with beautiful wallpapers from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app from the PlayStore.

Our builds are based on the Code Linaro Organization Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

    Notice

We kindly ask all of you that are in a position to donate anything, to help and support us so we can provide better and faster build releases, as well as increase the download speed of our servers, all looking for your enjoyment.
