Can I just wipe from my lineage os rom and install? Or should I revert back to stock with unlocked bootloader and then wipe and install?

I have a question how can i root this?
i extracted init_boot.img and patched with magisk then flash it via fastboot and every time i get an error
error: cannot load 'magisk_patched-**.img

Better thing to do is tested yourself, but i don't think it'll work to be honest
I've been playing around with the official camera from play store and also some mods but i can't get a decent quality of videos not even in 4k, also photos quality are worse than the videos or photos shot in the stock rom, any idea how to fix this?
Because of that I'll have to go back to stock, but I'm impressed on how smooth and battery efficient this rom isSadly camera quality on any device with a custom rom won't be as good as the camera sources are closed.
Can you not install the official Google Camera from the Play Store?Because of that I'll have to go back to stock, but I'm impressed on how smooth and battery efficient this rom is
Still won't use the same stock libraries so quality won't be as goodCan you not install the official Google Camera from the Play Store?
That's wrong. With pixel phones you don't have this problemSadly camera quality on any device with a custom rom won't be as good as the camera sources are closed.
Yes you can. I was using a lot of roms on my p6p and can tell you from my and also others experience there is no difference in quality. Can you not install the official Google Camera from the Play Store?

Have you tested it? Or anyone? I dont have a lot of free time to play with the phone.
So far no, but I think that all the ROMs so far do not work until the rootHave you tested it? Or anyone? I dont have a lot of free time to play with the phone.
This is what I am curious of as well. I would try it out, however, there are a few features that may go missing that I can't easily live without. Those features would be:Have you tested it? Or anyone? I dont have a lot of free time to play with the phone.
This hasn't been updated since November of 2001 do not flash or your phone will explode with rainbows and glitter . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNEDHi everyone! How is battery life on this? I'd heard that stock ROM has had dramatic battery life improvement with subsequent patches after launch, and I was wondering how this compares.
Wait.. Did you flash this rom which is based off of Nov firmware while probably being on stock Feb firmware??Well I flashed this to my Pixel 7 Pro.
It bootlooped for a while and then just settled on a black screen. Completely screwed.
Plug it into a PC, it comes up as a USB Serial Device (COM4).
Cannot do anything with it at all.
Don't believe him, his statement is wrong. I have already said that yesterday but seems like people just keep skipping it.This is VERY valuable knowledge - thank you. Camera performance is paramount for me. You just saved me hours of work and worry wiping, flashing, setting up PA and maybe Lineage, only to have to revert back to stock due to image quality issues. Hopefully someday camera source code may be made open, or maybe some of the brilliant devs out there may figure out a solution.
My cam works just fine, if this is the first time being on a Pixel for some of you, then you're stressing about nothing, lol, Google Camera was made for Pixels. This is VERY valuable knowledge - thank you.
