[Patch] Fix Network Error Network Selection

I took the liberty to slightly improve the RIL fix:

In the improved flashable zip the build.prop is not overwritten, but instead the init script of dnle71 is added. In this manner the build.prop is not touched thus preserving any tweaks made therein and also the CM version etc.

(Until someone can tell me how to use apply_patch in the updater-script to patch the build.prop I believe this is the cleanest way)

Furthermore I also added the "old" rild executable so that all RIL files are from the same stage, although apparently this was not absolutely necessary.

Just the usual word of caution: I did test this on my P500 and it worked. For everyone else, however: Use at your own risk!

Reverse zip added

Although my fix apparently works I have also made the attached reverse fix, to be able to switch between RIL stacks. However, the main reason for doing this:

I still believe that CM for the P500 should use the "correct" gingerbread stack which is capable of manual network provider selection (and possibly has other advantages). Users being forced to use the outdated froyo RIL stack due to having a "funny SIM" could still use this reverse fix.

In order to test this I would like to encourage everyone, particularly those with "funny SIMs", to test if switching to the gingerbread stack and back to the froyo stack works. That is, for users of "funny SIMs" only the froyo stack should work, however switching to GB and back to FR should also work. For everyone else either stack should work.

If it can reasonably be justified that this works forth and back I could then specifically ask Adam/Ricardo if they are willing to revert future CM builds to the gingerbread stack while offering a fix for users of "funny SIMs". In this manner all users could get the most out of CM for the P500.

So please people, I need someone to test this. I have multiple times switched back and forth, but of course I cannot guarantee that it also works for everyone else. So the usual word of caution, use at your own risk!

I have one doubt.. if someone is using old baseband with old BBfix on New BB Rom..
will these patches work???

I guess the Patches aren't working on > CM 7.2. It has to be changed while the compile process. It would be nice if somebody would implement it in CM10.
