patch xap

hey guyz , i need help or trick to patch xap files installed on lumia devices. i wanna make to try version to full version of the applications. whithot interop and cap unlock my device bcz its not possible again to interop windows phone..

any tool that can make the patch xap file or edit xap to make free version.

i copy the content of WPaystem>Apps> {.....................}>install using 8 zip male a zip and after rename it to xap file......after using xap tool to make it free bt some error accured..
so anyone can give me tips to do this...
