after updating kernel and patching ramdisk and rebooting like said in instruction, my phone just reboots, vibrates 5 times and reboots to recovery
why is that?

This app is almost two years old and has never received an update. Give up.

Using the latest version of dualboot patcher

Tried on RR-O , Liquid Remix O and Havoc 2.0 P
none of them will boot after updating ramdisk of primary rom

Try with Miui and a non treble ROM like RR Oreo.
