Flashing Instructions:
·Unlock the bootloader and install latest version of TWRP
·Boot into TWRP and perform a Factory Reset(Wipe Data, Cache, System and Dalvik)
·Once installation has finished, return to the main menu, select Reboot, and then System
·The first boot needs 15-20 minutes.
·Don't flash GApps package with rom. After you done with setup wizard, boot into Twrp then flash it without wipe.

Perfect installation following the instructions of the first post. I love the flyme customization layer. At the moment everything I've tried works. You have to see how the battery behaves.
The only drawback I see so far is perhaps the scroll, in the applications and menus is somewhat slow. Hopefully in future updates improve this. For the rest, at the moment enchanted.

A tried it, waiting again 20 min booting but still doesnt start. Flashed with twrp, first step wipe cache, dalvik, system. Second step flashed rom. Third step flashed gapps. Reboot.

Do a clean wipe BUT just flash the rom without GApps.
After setup completed you can flash it then.

I dont know what i do wrong but still doesnt boot. Flashed it without gapps, waiting 30 min for first boot, doesnt boot, i do a forced restart, waiting next 20 min but still nothing.

Maybe you have to update/downgrade your modem version mate. Rom boots i'm sure. I tested on more than one device.

Thanks, maybe i need downgrade, i used last xiaomi.eu version, modem 08.22.

Not booting..! I was on latest miuipro too...! Not booting on Mi5s 3/64 GB! Unless they are some conditions it boots which need to be specified....
