Inspite of the COM port becomes yellow, PCOdin verified the files then said unable to connect device (something like that) and com port turned red and fail message.. No damage to phone restored back up.os win 7 , keis installed. normally I hear a Ding sound when the com port becomes yellow but not now. can you please enlighten the issue. thanks.
Problem solved. uninstalled kies and reinstaled usb drivers and things are ok.
