WPBackup is an application to save information from your device and move it
to another ROM.

Supported "zones":

• Contacts, SMS, schedule
• My Documents (except Zune collection)
• Bing Maps
• Keyboard dictionary
• WiFi access points passwords.
• Alarms
• Camera photo number
• Lockscreen timeout.

(!) WPBackup requires:

• Windows Mobile Device Center
• Windows Phone 7 SDK (or mini SDK)
• Stable connection to your device.

nice tool...

seems only mess up facebook connection if use SMS backup... also before restore must add Facebook account (cant add or delete after restoring backup)

tried to connect with HD2 and (your) Pdaimatejam ROM v8.5 and wont connect... tried with Zune and without Zune... maybe is problem in Windows 8?

Where was this like a month ago when I moved to a 7.8 rom, I did a backup on another program but, it wont restore

If an application was installed from Marketplace, WPBackup will get you directly to application marketplace page for manual installation.

Thanks ultrashot, this is a great tool that has been needed for a long time. So far it is working perfectly for me.

unfortunately, for me, an error occured. about the half of the apps are not restored, sms are missing completely and the following error-text was shown:
