Hi guys,
I've been living with it, but since I rooted and updated my S4 mini (Gt-i9190) to CyanogenMod 13, now it's with Lineage OS 14, it does not turn on when it,s charging and really annoys me.

Look in the settings: in Lineage OS 14.1, there is an option under display to wake up the phone upon plugging in a power supply.
