Question the wipe for clean install in recovery on phils kernel does it clear preload or not?

Because even twice of it and manualy cache and dalvik. Csc changer playstore app survived somehow and i dont know how.

May be because Phil got his hand on LM5 later,.
Sr. i'm using the most recent JB ROM OFICIAL, (JZO54K.N7000XXLSZ) i would like to root it and install CWM , if i undesstood i need to flash Phil Kernel rigth? But what kernel shoul i choice? I cant find LSZ in his topic content. Another kernel shoul work without issues? I new in Galaxy note pls help me.:confused:

Flash philz lm5 kernel from stock recovery. No need to wipe, just flash the kernel in stock recovery, reboot, update supersu from play store, open supersu and update binary. That's all

I am quite confident that smashsung will do maintenance updates, even though 4.1.2 is probably last we will ever see.
I'd like to be as confident as you. Maybe Samsung will... but my guess is that they'll be too busy releasing 10 devices (one looking like the other) per month...

As someone earlier said here... Until we're given changelogs for these kernels, XXLSZ might be the same as ZC123 (upcoming kernel in the China JB update - pure example, not a real fact)... just with different name, you know...

Anyway. I'll stick to TW ICS for a couple more days - need to test my battery properly. Then I'll probably jump on eybee's XXLSZ ROM... hope I'll be gathering enough info on the bootloader by then.
