Hello Sir,I am trying to update custom rom, i using 240 xxlt4 2.4, with philz karnal, i already install it many times but this time i am having an error i am again want to re-install xxlt4 2.4 but there is some prob happening with me, i am attaching log file please help me for this....

very bad time now for me... no roms or kernels to flash from both external and internal sdcard ie both are error to mount in my device

first

i flash raw kernel 4.3 from TW Aryamod rom kernel [plan to instal PA rom]
formated cache/partition
formated system, preload
also i formated sdcard [which is i dont know its a external sd contains rom files]
i poweroff and then i copied the files from pc to sd card
after get into recovery mod i am not able to mount ext card [says error on unmount sdcard1]
i connect the cable to view USB storage mass space
and by mistaken format the USB storage device
atlast both sdcard0 and sdcard1 says error to mount the cards

is it still any chances to give life to my NOTE

please please advice me..

Cant update/backup in CWM Recovery V5.5.0.4

Hi there,

I am trying to do a NANDROID backup by CWM Recovery v5.5.0.4 but it keeps hanging/restart around 700MB. So backup isnt complete.

So i tried to update CWM recovery (philz touch 6.19.3 etc) to a newer one (cause i think the problem is CWM 5.5.0.4), but it wont install perfect. And if it installs it wont startup the ROM, only recovery. Thankfully i am testing on another device with the same setup;

CWM Recovery V5.5.0.4
TMT Rom 1.5 IML74KXXLQ2 (May 2012)
Baseband N7000XXLPT
Kernel 3.0.15

I want to do a complete backup from the rom because i did some changes in the past, which i want to keep and the ROM works perfect here.

Also tried RomManager too, without succes....

PLEASE HELP!

Got to page one and try this "PhilZ-cwm6-XXLQ3-OXX-v3.99" kernel.. this should boot up your rom and might have a newer recovery.

Unfortunately it did not do the trick on the N7000 it was suposed to backup.....

Flashing philz kernel hangs @ "unmounting system", after "symlinking su"...
With restart in recovery it starts new kernel, but it wont do proper Nandroid backups, as its not installed properly.

Is there a setting I may be missing in the recovery setup?

You need to find some older version that has kernel and recovery together. It was the files has something like LT9. LTA...

but i can't flash ROMs.......
