nobody no idea ?
If you are on the stock JB ROM, please flash the "PhilZ-cwm6-XXLTA-ATL-5.15.0-signed.zip" file through the stock recovery (by pressing the Volume Up + Menu + Power buttons together) to get a CWM recovery and Root.

Then you can flash the "philz_touch_6.48.4-n7000.zip" file again through the new CWM recovery to get an updated recovery to allow you to flash KK or LP roms.

These files are ones I had downloaded from Philz's repository earlier, so thanks to him for his work on this.

Hope this helps.

Help

I hope this is the place i can ask for help. I've been reading the forum and other articles for my GT-N7000, so i can use customized ROMs. Here is my concern:

I read that is it risky to do the process of installing wrong ROMs in my phone. So i learned how to see my model to get the right PhilZ's Stock Kernel. All went right, installed it and i have my phone rooted with CWM in my boot. Since my phone is 4.0.4 i would like to get lollipop on it. Reading the NightOwl treated i realize i needed to install JellyBean before flashing the customized ROM. I tryed with Odin in all the way i read and watched in youtube videos. All works but after flashing my phone it is not updated to 4.1.2. Did it again with a wipe data/factory and still nothing. (PS: i found out there is not 4.1.2 for product code TPA N7000. I was flashing the same stock ROM).
Then i read that maybe i need to downgrade my phone to 2.3.6 and then do all the process again BUT i read that it could be risky to downgrade my ROM.

Here is where i am now. Don't know the rigth procedure to install NightOwl ROM because i can't get JellyBean running in my phone.

There is no need to flash jelly bean. Download the new ROM , gapps and cm12 kernel from bauners thread and save on phone.
Boot into recovery and make a backup. Then flash the new kernel. Reboot into recovery. Factory reset and flash new rom

I am a bit confused which CRM to install.
I am on N7000 N7000ZSLR1 updated from KIES.
so I am on JB 4.1.2 but I feel its slow so I want to install cyanogenmod 10.2.

I used Kingo to Root.
I installed Rom manager to install CRM 6.0.4.3 which says I am on but every time I reboot into Recovery its the Samsung Recovery.
So I moved
install-recovery.sh
and install_recovery.sh (one has an underline in it)
to /system/etc/a (a new archive folder)

but it still does not work, so I was going to give Phils CWM a try.

Model GT-N7000
Baseband N7000XXLT3
Build J2054K.N7000ZSLR1
Android version 4.1.2

EDIT: just notice them two files install-recovery.sh and install_recovery.sh keeping coming back after moving them. Is this a sympton of locked boot loader?

NB. Unsure if this is significant but I also appear to have the eMMC bug after running eMMC bug checker
