I can give it a shot and upload it later today. You will have to test as I don't have the Flo device.Any chance that someone can make a build for flo as well?
If you try it, please report back to the rest of us. Thanks!Latest build is very amazing..
Btw Anyone tried to use PhoenixOS with parrotmod?
Thanks for making flashable zip![]()
I have a grouper, and I can say that this rom has a 0 battery drain for me on standby, maybe 2-3% on nigths. As you said, it seems to be a problem of tilapiaThank you so much for the flashable multirom zip!
I have a problem though, the battery life of the tablet in stand-by is very very limited. If I leave the tablet in stand-by (screen off) the battery gets discharged in no more than 8 hours.
I didn't install any program, and I had the same problem with the old beta as well.
I suppose that the fact that I'm using a nexus 7 2012 3G (tilapia) while the rom is supposed to be for grouper could be the culprit.
I also have the impression that running this rom a spot on the back of the tablet gets warmer than usual, but it might be an impression.
I have to investigate more because it looks like that something is preventing the tablet to go in stand-by (but I have to check).
I gave a brief look at the background services and I saw the mobile data service running (even if the mobile connection is not recognised).
Apart from that the rom runs very smooth and I love the general feeling (I also have a bluetooth keyboard).
Do you guys have a suggestion? Any other running the rom on a tilapia?
Thanks in advance!
I've installed the rom on tilapia and it works. It feels very snappy and I generally like it very much.someone tried to make a version for tilapia thus leaving the operation of the data SIM?
@wokawoka hiSo for whom is in the same satuation as me, trying to run the rom like me on a tilapia, I've investigated a bit more and it looks like that when the screen is off wi-fi is turning off now but the tablet never enters in deep sleep and always remains awake. Appearently there aren't any wakelocks from applications that prevent the deep sleep, and, as the same multirom image works perfectly on grouper, I started to think that the problem could be the kernel.
Does anybody knows any alternative kernel that would work on this rom? I've tried to flash the most famous ones with no success. Thank you
unfortunately I've already tried to use the tablet in airplain mode and to check with a wakelocks detector. There are not frequent wakelocks from applications (btw we are talking about a clean installation with no additional programs).@wokawoka hi
you can try to keep the "air" mode by activating then the wifi? They should work both while keeping data off. perhaps this trick works.
unfortunately I d' nt have time to investigate but you can use apps like "better battery stats" on xda and "wakelocks detector" on playstore, to learn more...
my all nexus
I tried to use (and I'm still using it) the stock kernel of 5.1 for grouper with the patch for multirom with no change in stability, performance or battery. Maybe you can use the stock kernel for 5.1 for tilapia or other (I tried franco kernel but not boot, I had to restore the original on TWRP)unfortunately I've already tried to use the tablet in airplain mode and to check with a wakelocks detector. There are not frequent wakelocks from applications (btw we are talking about a clean installation with no additional programs).
I suspect that it's a kernel problem. Anyone had success in trying to use any alternative kernel?
To change time to 12 hour mode just go to date and time settings and tap on set time. Then drag the circle towards the center where it shows 1-12 instead of 1-24.Thanks for all the hard work. 1.0.5 running great after clean install. Does anyone know how to switch the time from 24-hour mode to 12-hour mode?
Also, does anyone know if this will be released for the Asus TF700? I would love to get it on that.
