To change time to 12 hour mode just go to date and time settings and tap on set time. Then drag the circle towards the center where it shows 1-12 instead of 1-24.
By doing that, it just changes the time back to the am time. When it goes back to pm, I have the same issue.

In TWRP, Select 'Wipe' then 'Advanced Wipe'.
Then for each partition, select 'Repair or Change FileSystem' and check that they are ext4.

If not, select 'Change File System' and then 'Ext4'.

Be aware that this may wipe user data.

to install phoenixOS of tilapia, you must first install TWRP for grouper. otherwise it is not being seen a version for grouper

my all nexus
Or, extract the updater-script found here "META-INF\com\google\android" and use a text editor to replace all the "grouper" with "tilapia". I find 7-zip works well to pull files and replace in a ROM.

System initializing, please wait...

I've been on this screen for a while now. Is it a bootloop? I'm uncertain of how long it should take to boot on the initial boot after installation. ( Using the 1.5 Zip) TIA :)

Are you trying to install it as a secondary rom on multirom? I did and I get the same error.

Try to backup your primary rom, to install the phoenix-OS as a primary and boot it. If it works, you can swap it to a secondary and restore your primary, or to restore your primary as a secondary one. I solved that problem by doing this.

I have always installed in secondary rom without problems. just go into recovery and point to phoenixOS then restorecon or reinstall the zip of the rom (only the zip anything else) after deleting the old one

These zip?
