Phoenix OS on the shield K1?

I have a 2012 Nexus 7 chugging along nicely with Phoenix OS, but I wonder if anyone is interested in getting it on the shield K1? I think the 8 inch, 1080p screen would look amazing underneath that multitasking glory. I know remix OS is similar, but honestly, Phoenix OS has way better window management.
