Phone app crashing

This is my first post as most problems I have had I have been able to figure out in the forums or with Google but I can't find a fix for this. I have a SM-G900V retail with safestrap. I have alliance rom 2.0 on stock rom slot with new flashed via Odin. Did fresh reinstall to figure out if it was something I did but the problem persisted. When I open the phone app it works in portrait and landscape in every tap but the dialer. When in dialer and landscape it says contacts has stopped responding. Any help appreciated.
