Phone become slow if download speed is above 9MB/s

Hello everyone.

I'm using OP5 with stock rom 8.1.0 and when I'm downloading something and download speed gets above 9MB/s the phone become slow, very slow, my recent apps scrolling get really really slow, then the phone freezes for 15+ seconds.

However, I noticed that right after reboot I can download with 30MB/s speed and the phone doesn't get slow. I don't know why after some time it get slow.

Does anyone know what problem is that?

android style, need to reboot oftenly
or u can try trimmer (root) to speed up ur phone storage speed
