Phone dead - Chance to reactivate?

Hi there,

a S3 Mini from a friend died yesterday, and there are no backups of the data
So is there a possibility to reactive the phone only for backing up the data?

I tested another (working) battery in the phone - No changes
I connected without battery via usb for charging - Doesn't start
I don't know if there's a failure in the charging circuit part of the phone, so I thought, I can directly supply the phone?
Or any other known components which could be defect?

Change EMMC IC, go to service centre if you can't do it alone

yes, i suggest you to bring it to service centre and let them check what the problem. if there a problem at PM IC, your data will safe
