Phone dead ?!

Hi there,

I've installed couple of time a new ROM due to different errors of configurations.
And the end of the day, I wanted to retrieve my previous version thanks to my backup, and here arrived my issue...

I cannot install the backup or any ROM. No error message
But when I wipe I got this:

Updating partition details...
E: error opening '/data/data/com.samsung.sharehot'
E: error: too many open files
E: error opening '/data/data/com.samsung.sharehot'
E: error: too many open files

Someone can help me with this strange issue ?!
