phone doesnt boot, stuck on HTC ONE screen

i tryed to flash custom rom with some tools and stuff. didnt work.. then i went in recovery and succesfully restorted the nandroid backup but still doenst boot.

Hboot is still on 1.12. Said with the tool it got flashed.
Its still unlocked, and E11 cid.

What to do???!


EDIT: im now at 1.31.. need to flash recovery and then ill hope its able to flash new rom!

You have to flash the boot.img with fastboot commands and flash the rom.zip from recovery

The boot.img is located in the rom.zip !

And don't try to flash a JB on on that hboot. It will not work !!

fixed by wiping cache. YEA

nvm its fixed

backup your data partition from recovery*
make sure you flashed the boot.img from the rom.zip in fastboot(very important)
from custom recovery: wipe data and system and cache partitions
install the rom again
advance-restore data partition from recovery*

*or backup apps with Titanium backup (userapps and their data), (Do NOT to backup system/htc apps, you have to manually input accounts)
