As I have said, your phone may be refurbished, not a original one.

I looked up the IMEI and it is the correct phone, Also got CPU-Z and All the specs of the phone seems to original.
I don't mean it is a fake or clone, it is a real Sammy phone but it maybe a refurbished, i.e its hardware has been changed or replaced or repaired...

Just got 2 questions:
1- Do you have root and did you grant it a root permission?
2- Does the button 'CSC Changer' work fine?
I did not change because the CSC system modified. There are requesting permission to root, but the root fails

Can you tell me more details:
1- That means your phone does NOT have root, right?
2- No need to change the CSC, just tap on the "CSC Changer" button, then select "CSC Selector" to see what happens?
(you can tap on CANCEL button after that, DON'T tap on the INSTALL button).
OK, please skip the message "WARNING: The system files have been modified". I will remove that message in the next version to avoid misleading.
Regarding the error message "java.lang.SecurityException: Permission Denial...", your phone must be rooted to use these tools.
Root permission unintentionally gives java error
