Can you tell me more details:
1- That means your phone does NOT have root, right?
2- No need to change the CSC, just tap on the "CSC Changer" button, then select "CSC Selector" to see what happens?

Regarding the error message "java.lang.SecurityException: Permission Denial...", your phone must be rooted to use these tools.
