phone is bricked

while using my pixel 2 camera in portrait mode after taking photo, i opened the image and during the processing of portrait effect my phone shut down automatically and do not start at all. connecting to my laptop no usb is shown but in ports it is shown as 'qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 (com5)'. please suggest me something. there is no option for me rather to throw this bricked phone. help me!!!!!

download > Tool all in one. Update it. update the drivers button at the bottom. now....... choose your phone. now choose flash factory image button.
it go to page where you pick the right firmware for you phone. press the download link. go back to Tool all in one and find the file you just download and then flash it with the button.
