Phone is restarting in camera app

My phone restarts automatically in camera app
Just after taking couple of photos
The screen becomes black after hitting the shatter botton, then restarts
Tried clearing camera data/cache, it seems to solve the problem temporarily, but it reoccur later
Any idea about the cause/ fix
Im still using android 6 btw

Im having the same problem. I tried factory reset to no avail.
