Phone is stuck in "Android is booting"

Hello, everybody,

I've already searched a lot, but never found a similar problem, so I'm making a new thread.

My Moto G3 doesn't boot anymore. Previously it was charging overnight. The cable wasn't plugged properly into the socket and the phone didn't charge. After I charged it with another cable it didn't boot anymore. Instead it now boots to the screen with the message "Android is booting".

Waiting a long time hasn't changed anything. But I get into bootloader and recovery mode. The Moto G3 is not rooted. The bootloader is locked. Apparently USB debugging is disabled, I can't find it via ADB even though the latest USB drivers are installed on my PC. But using fastboot I can see the phone.

There is an SD card in the phone which is used as internal memory. I want to save the data, so I haven't tried a factory reset yet. Can you help me?

What I already tried: wiping cache, booting without SD and / or SIM card.

Info shown in bootloader:
Product: Osprey XT1541 16GB P2B
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0
Software Status: Official.

Put this into a search engine

sd card adoptive memory recover data

and see if you can reclaim some data because you are almost certainly going to have to do a Factory Reset to even stand a chance of getting the phone to boot.

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for your help I tried a lot but nothing helped. I just resetted the phone and wiped the SD card. Phone boots but I didn't try setting up the SD again.
