Question Phone locked

I put it on the sd card;; xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite5G_V12.0.7.0.RKICNXM_v12-11-fastboot..I ran it with twrp.. I don't think it's installed but from what I remember, I'm wondering about restarting in A or B partition. Now it doesn't start at all, not even in fastboot. It's a dead phone. Does anyone know how I can do it fix it. sorry for my English. thank you

Xiaomi.eu ROM named "fastboot" as yours should be installed through Fastboot, not through TWRP

Why didn't you first do your homework to read and study instructions for installation from Xiaomi forum?!?!

Table says that ROM is Fastboot type, and below, in the same post you have instructions for Fastboot installation:
'https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-13-stable-release.64441/

Now you probably have to use MiFlash to install the stock ROM first

ROM-ul Xiaomi.eu numit „fastboot” deoarece al tău ar trebui să fie instalat prin Fastboot, nu prin TWRP

Sorry for the insistence. Connected to the laptop, it says -waiting for device. I tried ADB with fastboot getvar all, and it says waiting for device. In Mi Flash I see it connected to COM 10. but I can't install the rom. Nice evening and thanks for the tips

First, try different cable, reinstalling drivers, maybe another PC

I don't know what exactly might happened to your device when you tried installing Fastboot ROM through TWRP

If the same PC, with the same cable was recognizing the phone through Fastboot previously, and now you can no more make Fastboot to work - maybe you will need to seek for help from authorized EDL support (they charge), for low-level flashing
