phone password on GT-S8500 and no connection to Kies / Multiloader

Hello, I have got a S8500 from flee market with a phone password. I can get into download mode but neither Kies or Multiloader (2.65) can get a connection to the phone. Kies recognizes that there is a phone but keeps trying to connect without success. Multiloader does not find anything when I hit port search.

I tried different USB-cables, repair Driver with Kies, connect the phone before or after starting Kies or Multiloader, killed the Kies processes before using Multiloader etc.

Is there any method left I could try?

Sorry, found the solution: I had to start Multiloader as administrator. ?
Yesterday I tried the whole day, today just a few minutes. Now I have a working S8500 with bada2.0 and I will try bandroid later
