Phone shuts down by itself after a fall!

Phone shuts down by itself every 5 minutes after a fall....it doesn't happen with performance governor!!!! Only in powersave mode! I've tried to come back to the stock rom but it did not help! Now I'm on mrom cm7 with performance governor but the battery Life is poor ....what should I do? Please help! Thanks in advance!!

Have you flashed an alternate kernel? thus I am 90% sure it's a hardware problem

It's the same both with the stock kernel and the mrom's one! now I realised that the phone shuts down by itself even if it's on performance governor...what do you think could be the cause? what hardware part may be broken? ( thanks in advance!!
