Phone stuck in fastboot mode

Hey there.

Phone: Xperia T.

I was going to install cyanogenmod 10.1.2. So first step was to flash the boot.img file through fastboot. But I got this weird error saying "FAILED, error, out of memory, too many links" or something...
After that fastboot.exe crashed on my pc. So I closed the command prompt and tried to do it again, but now it seams that my phone has stuck in fastboot without being recognised by my pc. Even when I unplug it it still has that blue led on, and when I try to reconnect it, it is not recognised. I tried rebooting but still my pc can't "see" it.
Any way out of this?

Do a hard reset

Puts and hold both power and volume up button until it vibrates... Keep holding, it will vibrate 3 more times
