I'm just about to press button to order 6P (owning now Note 4)
Can anyone compare both when taking in account moving objects - i have 2 small kids @home and my only "memory" tool is my phone

You may be disappointed. I am coming from a Note 4 and Note 5 and I struggle to take pictures at times with my 6p of my daughter. The images tend to come out blurry sometimes. It was easier on my Note 5 to get a solid image when she was moving. I don't know why that is. That just my experience though.

I've noticed that the proshot app even with noise filtering all the way up can't produce as good of a low light pic as the stock app. See attached.

Tip

I've found that the phone lags a bit when using the camera and you get a bit of video jitter unless you force performance CPU usage. I've found something very helpful: http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/?id=3752#downloads

Nexus 6P

The camera is amazing, will be deeply doing a comparison to the camera between my other devices, I want to see how the quality measures up when taking it up against the big hitters like Sammy.

Nexus and HTC both phones never disappoint us in Camera quality. Both have wonderful Camera quality

I have both a Note 5 and Nexus 6P and the camera is almost as good as the Note 5. The Note 5 camera is amazing if you ever get to try one. I do a lot of low light indoor shots and with an infant that won't hold still.

I only take pictures with normal lighting and the camera is a beast. Just had to take several pictures for an accident that happened at my house today and the pictures are amazingly clear.

Coming from the Nexus 6, which I thought had a fine camera... I was blown away. Then again, *everything* about the Nexus 6P is amazing. Very happy customer here!
