I returned my Axon 7 today before the 2 week return period expired at best buy. After I upgraded to b27 I hoped for the modem signal, auto focus problems to be resolved but they did not. I suffered because I liked it a lot because of the beautiful screen with 530ppi, the AWESOME front facing speakers and the STRONG 3.5mm headphone jack! It was a pleasure to finally being able to fully drive my expensive headphones! For an extra $250 I get 7.1 without problems but hope the Pixel XL has better speakers than the HTC 10 because even thou they are not loud they provide more clarity with that subwoofer for the mids facing down (2 speakers facing down and the ear piece speaker would be awesome)

My first decent quality pic from this phone. Somewhere in Galveston.

Had to do this multiple times too since the camera was having the focus issue.

ISO 100, 3.5 ss. This camera has really soft corners Btway.

Sent from my ZTE A2017U using XDA Free mobile app

Thanks for that great advice @OgaTi. I cleared cache and data in the camera app and you can see the results below.
Here's some proper white and a low-light photo taken at sunset, when it really was yellow out there.
Man, those look good!!!

Low, lower and very low light. All photos taken in Brussels, HDR auto and untouched. I've tried some manual shots but find it a bit tricky fine-tuning the white balance. I'd much rather have raw access and fix it later.
HDR is not a patch on the Nexus HDR+ but it's not a disaster.

Some more photos I took over the past couple days.

A few are night photos... Like 10PM only lights are from the building itself and a few street lights..

So how do you like the camera compared to your last phone ? And any chance of some moving shots please. I have heard several reviews stating it's not great at capturing moving things in auto mode

LOVE it compared to my old note 4. This phone is better in every single aspect besides the dearly beloved s pen..

Pictures of moving things like people? I'll try and get a picture of my nephew when they come back into town..

I feel my photos are fuzzy and distorted around the edges. I'll try and get some examples tonight. Looking at the lens behind the glass it appears the camera isn't centered behind the glass, which could be a hardware defect on my particular phone. I do agree with other posts overall so far I'm happier with my 6p camera which makes me sad.

Also couldn't agree more about movement I can get any moving object with my 6p with my axon, I know it will be a blurred mess.
