Hi. Photosphere compass mode is not working for me in 4.1.2 stock. I have the last gp services installed

None of my devices have Photoshere or compass mode. I guess that is packaged with your provider. You can download a compass app from google play store.
Photosphere requires a gyroscope and the Note 8 does not have one.
