Picture orientation defect?!?

I'll send an email or MMS in portrait mode and when they receive it. The picture is in landscape.

I think this is also an issue with other phones as well (BB, Nokia)?

Because I saw on my friends Facebook, they uploaded photos and rotated wrongly.

And they are using BB !
