Pie help!

I let a friend of mine put the Pie beta on my phone, and now I'm not able to get the official version. I have a security patch from Dec. 2019. I'm using tmobile in the US. I've tried smart-switch and ota and they both say that I already have the latest software. What do I have to do to get the official version of Android Pie?

Download the latest apropiate fimware/carrier firmware version for your phone and flash it with odin, from then on, you will receive the available updates
