Had the nilkin h+ pro for about 2 weeks. its not full coverage but it goes at the bezel of the "true screen". it only doesnt cover the black bezel so for me its fine. the oleophobic coat is very nice. for about ~7€ im very satisfied. had ordered another one.

Got me a TGSP from AhaSky, I like how it has no cutouts that could catch lint and no black borders potentially covering more than necessary.
It's covers more than just the visible screen resulting in white borders, but the package comes with a bit of oil and a small brush to apply it in that area so the edges will stick. Already knew that procedure from OP3 TGSPs, but back then we had to do it ourselves with cooking oil and a toothpick. Nice to see it comes included now.
Had a TGSP from LK before, but that one had a too accurate fit, exactly covering the visible screen, and no white border without any extra tampering, but when looking at the screen at an angle you could see a gap due to the distance the TGSP has laying on top. Don't have that with the AhaSky I have now.

This is by far the best screen protector for the pixel 3 I have tried too. It provides the amount of coverage I was looking for in a full clear glass protector. It was fairly easy to apply with help from some tape to ensure the right positioning. The screen sensitivity doesn't seem affected by the cover. No air bubbles, dust particles or rainbow effect etc. after the protector was put on my phone and the oil for the white borders works well, I have yet to see how long it last though.

So +1 for the TGSP from AhaSky.

I have bought OTAO tempered glass. It's a very good item, not so easy to install like others but I had to install the glass twice.

The mobile seems so good with this glass installed but you must keep in mind that it covers a little bit part of the left and right side. You can notice that if you open chrome and go to a scrollable page. You should look a narrow line in the right side when you scroll into the page but this line would be covered by the black part of the glass.

However, probably it is the best non-expensive glass you could buy nowadays.
I decided to give the OTAO a try, and I am pleasantly surprised by how well it fits. It really does cover the full face of the phone with just enough space left for a moderately sized case.

I purchased mine from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KZPZ35L?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It's definitely not as thin as the flexible glass protectors, but since the edges are curved to match the edges of the screen, it still manages to set fairly flush against the lip of the phone case, making it easier to perform edge swipe gestures. I'd recommend it if you don't mind the $15 price tag and the extra time it takes to work out the bubbles.

Anyone know where I can get this screen protector in the US? Or a similar one without camera cutouts? Looks like AhaSky is UK only.

Is there any tempered glass / screen protector which are not decrease brightness and add reflects? The brightness is already weak for this phone,, don't want to make things worse!

I ordered an omoton tempered glass for my pixel 3.
Today my brand new pixel 3 arrived and I immediately put the omoton glass on.

My first attempt was bad because my desktop was quite dusty.
You will definitely get some bubbles if you try to apply this glass in a dusty area.
I tried the omoton glass, in particular the model without the black frame. https://www.amazon.com/OMOTON-Google-Protector-Tempered-Display/dp/B07KCQM1H9
It's great but the glass it's a little bit too much thick.
During normal use, the glass thickness will result in dust accumulation inside the front camera glass holes causing front camera picture degradation.
I also have to report some touch responsiveness degradation.
The blue frame it's a great aid while installing the tempered glass and I use it to install another tempered glass I tried.

Then I tried the Nillkin Tempered Glass also: https://www.amazon.com/Protector-Nillkin-Hardness-Anti-Explosion-Thickness/dp/B07KS25R2Z/
This one has a better glass border design, as the front camera is completely uncovered and no dust is accumulating there anymore.
The glass is much thinner than the Omoton, which makes the touch more responsive but it's not as strong as the Omoton.
I scratched it very very easily. And also I have to say that the left top corner broke a little bit after the installation.
So now I have to change it again.

Now what I'm searching is some tempered glass designed without front camera holes, because as I said that kind of design is bad for front camera performance. Any suggestion?

I have one of these on my Pixel 3 since April of this year...

You just have to make sure you put it on low enough that the edge of the protector isn't picked up by the wide-angle camera. It's remained scratch-free, clear and perfectly responsive all this time. It's just wide enough to reach the edges of the screen. My tip for installing it evenly is to do so with the screen turned on and a while wallpaper or background so you can clearly see where the edges of the screen protector are when you apply it. It was only $12 Canadian and you get three in the pack, so you have a few shots at getting it right and/or spares. It's a little thick, so if you are using your phone without a case you will clearly feel the edge of the protector when holding or using the phone, but with my Rhinoshield Solid Suite case on, which has a thick lip, it's a non issue.

After reading this thread, I went with the Whitestone Dome. I tried other screen protectors, but finally broke down and spent the extra money. Honestly, I should have just done it in the first place. After watching the videos, it was pretty simple to install. I even bought one to put on my girlfriend's note 10+. I highly recommend it.
