sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section. So here's what's going on: bought a pixel 4 out of eBay, inserted my SIM card but got a notification that reads "SIM card isn't supported". I contacted google, and they told me they need some time to figure out the issue, so I'm waiting for a response.; then I called EE, since tapping on the notification sends me to their website, but they said tha the IMEI code is not associated with an EE account (I guess because the phone is brand new) and they cannot unlock it. The phone is not even asking for an unlock PIN, it just shows the notification.
Does anyone faced the same issue? Any effective solution?
BTW, IMEI is not blacklisted
