Pixel 5 having just one IMEI code blacklisted ?

Hey everyone,

so I've just stumbled on this P5, with quite an attractive price, locked however on a foreign carries but with which I've already gathered some experience with. The issue is that, as the phone is dual SIM, it has 2 IMEI codes, with only one of them consistently showing up as being clean, the other one being shown as being blacklisted.
And so the question is, would buying such a device be a wise investment, or would this be a bad choice overall ?

I see, well that's a shame, since it's even cheaper than some 4a's.
