You need to activate the wallpapers.
As root:
Code:
pm enable com.google.pixel.livewallpaper/com.google.pixel.wallpapers21.parallaxflower.multiflower.brightblooms.BrightBloomsWallpaperService
pm enable com.google.pixel.livewallpaper/com.google.pixel.wallpapers21.parallaxflower.multiflower.bloomingbotanicals.BloomingBotanicalsWallpaperService

Without root, using adb from a computer (not tested):
Code:
adb shell pm enable com.google.pixel.livewallpaper/com.google.pixel.wallpapers21.parallaxflower.multiflower.brightblooms.BrightBloomsWallpaperService
adb shell pm enable com.google.pixel.livewallpaper/com.google.pixel.wallpapers21.parallaxflower.multiflower.bloomingbotanicals.BloomingBotanicalsWallpaperService

And for the record, to install as root, without using adb or a split APK installer:
Code:
pm install-create
Pm will write a line like:
Code:
Success: created install session [1322173779]
The number will be different. Replace the number below with the one shown from your session.
Code:
session=1322173779
pm install-write $session base.apk base.apk
pm install-write $session split_config.arm64_v8a.apk split_config.arm64_v8a.apk
pm install-write $session split_bloomingbotanicals.apk split_bloomingbotanicals.apk
pm install-write $session split_brightblooms.apk split_brightblooms.apk
pm install-commit $session
How to add this code on a rooted device?

Hi of course I used this method and it worked. First download the blooming botanicals live wallpaper. Don't set it to be your default wallpaper then click back you will see the other section and download wallpapers in it then set any and apply. Then go back to styles and wallpaper the two sections will be available. Actually me too I had one section and uninstalled the APK and reinstalled it. Give me a feedback!!

This is very complicated and doesn't work... too bad... I guess we have to wait for a proper port

Root isn't needed, this can't be installed via ADB unless you remove the / between package name and service

adb shell pm enable com.google.pixel.livewallpaper com.google.pixel.wallpapers21.parallaxflower.multiflower.brightblooms.BrightBloomsWallpaperService

It's much easier to just use ladb run the command straight from your phone
Device : galaxy note 20 ultra, android 11, not rooted.

Live wallpaper split apk is successfully installed via apk mirror installer.

Tried activating it over ladb. Didn't work. Error message :

Exception occurred while executing 'enable': java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown package: com.google.pixel.livewallpaper at com.android.server.pm.PackageManagerService.setEnabledSetting(PackageManagerService.java:25790) at com.android.server.pm.PackageManagerService.setApplicationEnabledSetting(PackageManagerService.java:25552) at com.android.server.pm.PackageManagerShellCommand.runSetEnabledSetting(PackageManagerShellCommand.java:2203) at com.android.server.pm.PackageManagerShellCommand.onCommand(PackageManagerShellCommand.java:241) at android.os.BasicShellCommandHandler.exec(BasicShellCommandHandler.java:98) at android.os.ShellCommand.exec(ShellCommand.java:44) at com.android.server.pm.PackageManagerService.onShellCommand(PackageManagerService.java:26885) at android.os.Binder.shellCommand(Binder.java:965) at android.os.Binder.onTransact(Binder.java:839) at android.content.pm.IPackageManager$Stub.onTransact(IPackageManager.java:5206) at com.android.server.pm.PackageManagerService.onTransact(PackageManagerService.java:5357) at android.os.Binder.execTransactInternal(Binder.java:1195) at android.os.Binder.execTransact(Binder.java:1159)

Update :

After uninstalling and reinstalling the split apk and running the adb via ladb the package has now been enabled but neither the pixel wallpaper app nor the live walls can be found anywhere.

I tried to open the pixel wallpaper app via Nova activity but the activity "design" in the category "pixel-live-wallpapers" keeps force closing and the others (featureActivity, NoAnimActicity, Download) dont even add an activity to the homescreen.

You really don't need to do any of that. Just uninstall pixel live wallpapers, uninstall pixel themes and any of the pixel live wallpaper ports you may have including any live wallpaper that came stock on the phone. Then just install the new APK. I actually took the one from APK mirror and the one posted here extracted the both and combined a couple of the files into a zip and installed them, note that I'm not rooted and this is what I have.

IT IS WORKING ON ANDROID 11.

So the ultimate installing guide (thx to ngavinb and others, I can't use xda so if told how to, I'll tag the people :D ):
    Uninstall via ADB is mandatory!!!!
Type: adb devices (Make sure your phone has ADB debugging enabled) (Developer options)
Type: adb shell: (Shell command to run ADB )
Type: pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.pixel.livewallpaper
If done correctly, you'll see: "Success"

Than install the zip file through SAI installer.
It shall ask if u want to install Pixel Live Wallpaper app. (and NOT update it. If it asks for update than you're doing something wrong.)

After it's installed, open wallpaper&styles and you should see Bloom option, and inside that the 2 options.
If you want to use both, than the quick go back method works, (but it's a hit or miss, so u probably have to do the uninstall/reinstall process a few times.)

So SWITCH TO mobile data NOT WIFI!!!

Select one of the two and as soon as you hit the download button, go back and tap the other variant too and hit download on it as well. If done right you have both.

Working method to get it properly on Pixel devices running Android 12.

On your computer that has ADB installed.

Use the following on command shell (CMD):

Type: ADB Devices (Make sure your phone has ADB debugging enabled) (Developer options)
Type: ADB shell: (Shell command to run ADB )

Type: pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.pixel.livewallpaper

If done correctly, you'll see: "Success"

    Afterwhich, download SAI:

Download Pixel Live Wallpaper version: 1.7 (7802539)
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BH4-MUHdpNOBfrULmtVPxNUxkSuuJFLJ/view?usp=sharing
    {Thanks trzpro}

Edit: (Trzpro original link was removed from android file host)

You'll find the file in your "System File Picker" or wherever you downloaded the file.

Allow SAI to extract and download the updated version of Pixel Live wallpaper APK and you're done.

Got issues to enable wallpapers after installing?

Here is pre-enabled version to install with ADB or SAI.
    3
Installed on S21 Ultra 5G but doesn't appear in wallpapers or live wallpapers sectio

So I have to deinstall "old" livewallpaper app or is it possible to upgrade to 1.7?
@Da Baron I wasn't able to find a working method for Galaxy devices without root.

@vergilbt you will have to uninstall the old version of Pixel Live Wallpaper. On Pixel devices without root, you'll have to use ADB to uninstall as this is a system level app on Pixel devices. Follow my instructions and it'll work.
