Question Pixel 6 pro selfie camera (ISSUE)

Do you think they will fix it? I gather they did that to make switching between lens seamless!

I'm sure will be fixed on next update. Supposed to be zoom buttons not slider. I'm just missing the 0.7x selfie.

The weird thing is not everyone has the slider after the update.

Your camera app looks different to mine. I don't have a zoom slider only buttons.
My camera app version: 8.4.167.404335983.10

Perhaps try cleairng app data and checking if there's updates

For zoom hold button off the optical button

I've noticed a workaround if you set the volume for zoom, it will jump incrementally to the other lens like 0.7 to 4x then obviously digital after 4x.

Found a possible solution for people via Reddit Remarkable-Aside-852/bloohurry that if you have Accessibility shortcuts on your homescreen (faded on the right of your screen) and disable it and then close/restart camera app the buttons are back for both front/back interface!!

However, I decided to return my pixel pro within 14 days. There's a number of bugs that I had, which will probably get ironed out with updates but didn't want to wait until whenever.
Still got my s21 ultra & mi 11 ultra to play with which run fine
